Tips for writing a marketing plan

Start with a blank piece of paper/white board or even use a blank wall list all your thoughts and ideas, encourage other members of staff to add to the list, leave it up for a week before you do anything else with it.

Once you have got all your ideas down, organise it by activity, immediate and future plans, create a working document which you can add to.

Make it measureable and realistic. e.g. Increase visitors to the site by 10%

Identify your personal and business strengths and weaknesses.

Set deadlines for when you want to reach your targets

Create a budget for each area of your activity

Make it happen.
